Joseph got to know one of his former colleagues, Bruno, after resigning from the company IT Solutions has started his own company. This new company, Digital Solutions, has developed and now sells software very similar to that Joseph and Bruno(while still in IT Solutions) were working together on. Joseph is sure that Bruno stole this software from IT Solutions. Joseph decides to confront Bruno and  make him confess(Joseph`s motivation not matter. Perhaps he is just a loyal employee or perhaps he thinks that Bruno should invite him to join the new company  and or share the money). However Bruno thinks that he is in his right to sell software which is actually his. And anyway Joseph  has no way to prove that the software was stolen from IT Solutions. Joseph gets very angry and decides to talk to the company manager for consultation . Joseph shared the matter with the company manager and agreed to get a professional advice to solve the matter. The company consulted you for advise so that they can follow legal measurement. He believe that because you attended "Profesional skills for IT practitioners" at SUA of which you got skills on intellectual properties, you are in a good position to advice them about the matter.
