The major groups of living organisms, also known as the domains and kingdoms of life, are:

3. Domain Eukarya: Includes all eukaryotic organisms, which are characterized by the presence of a nucleus and other membrane-bound organelles. The Domain Eukarya is further divided into the following kingdoms:

   a. Kingdom Animalia: Multicellular, eukaryotic organisms that are heterotrophic (obtain their food by consuming other organisms).

   b. Kingdom Plantae: Multicellular, eukaryotic organisms that are autotrophic (synthesize their own food through photosynthesis).

   c. Kingdom Fungi: Eukaryotic organisms that obtain nutrients through absorption and have cell walls made of chitin.

   d. Kingdom Protista: A diverse group of unicellular or multicellular eukaryotic organisms that do not fit into the other kingdoms.

The classification of living organisms is a complex and constantly evolving field of study, and there may be variations in the grouping and naming of organisms depending on the classification system used.
